AmeriGlo GL Tritium Night Sights for Glock 43X deliver reliable low-light target acquisition when your pistol is topped with a slide-mounted red dot optic. These green tritium front and rear sights function as both backup iron sights and precision co-witness reference points, designed specifically for Glock MOS slides and optics like the Holosun 507K and 407K. The 1L height profile sits elevated to clear the optic window, letting you shoot through your dot while maintaining a clean sight picture should you need to rely on iron sights.

Night sights aren't a luxury on a carry gun—they're a practical edge when speed and accuracy matter in low light. AmeriGlo's tritium tubes glow without batteries or charging, providing instant visibility in darkness. The green front sight with white outline contrasts cleanly against most backgrounds, while the flat black rear sight keeps your focus forward and minimizes distraction. This is backup that actually works, not just something bolted on for compliance.

If you run a 43X with an optic, these sights earn their place on your slide. They're not an afterthought; they're engineered to coexist seamlessly with modern optics-ready carry guns. The 1L height—front at .220" and rear at .295"—positions the sights to function reliably through the optic window, giving you options if your red dot fails or you need to transition in a close-quarters scenario.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these night sights work with my Glock 43X red dot optic setup?

Yes. The 1L height is designed for Glock MOS slides and co-witnesses with compact red dots like the Holosun 507K, 407K, and EPS Carry. They sit elevated to function through the optic window, giving you both a red dot sight picture and a clean iron sight backup.

Do these sights glow in the dark without charging?

Yes. The front sight is filled with green tritium, which emits a steady glow in darkness without requiring batteries or exposure to light. The glow is brightest in very low light and provides reliable visibility for close-quarters shooting.

What's the difference between the 1L and other height options?

AmeriGlo offers multiple height profiles to match different optics and co-witness requirements. The 1L—with a .220" front and .295" rear—is optimized for compact slide-mounted red dots on MOS slides. Taller profiles (2L, 5L, XL, etc.) are available for other optic systems and mounting heights.

Are these considered backup sights or primary sights?

They function as both. They're your primary iron sights if you're not using a red dot, and they serve as precise, reliable backup sights if your optic fails. Their elevated profile is engineered so you can shoot cleanly through your optic window or transition to irons seamlessly.
