Amend2
The Amend2 Mod-C 5.56 30-round magazine is a purpose-built rifle magazine for AR-platform shooters who demand dependable, no-nonsense performance. Built from a modern translucent polycarbonate compound, this magazine delivers improved heat and chemical resistance—traits that matter whether you're running hard at the range, in the field, or just storing ammo long-term in less-than-ideal conditions. The translucent design lets you visually verify your round count at a glance, a small feature that saves time when you need it most.
Inside, the engineering is where Amend2 has earned respect among serious shooters. The 4-way anti-tilt follower keeps rounds seated and feeding cleanly, eliminating the jams that come from sloppy follower geometry. Paired with a heavy-duty, non-memory stainless steel spring, this magazine resists the creep and weakness that plague cheaper alternatives—especially after thousands of rounds or long periods of storage. The textured polymer grip makes seating and removing the mag intuitive, even with gloved hands or in low light.
Made entirely in the USA with American parts and assembly, the Mod-C reflects Amend2's commitment to straightforward, reliable design. If you run an AR in 5.56, you'll appreciate a magazine that feeds when it should and doesn't require babysitting or workarounds. This is the kind of gear that disappears into your kit because it simply works.

Yes. The Mod-C is designed for AR-platform rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO or .223 Rem. It follows standard STANAG 4179 magazine dimensions and will fit mil-spec and commercial receivers.
The follower's design prevents rounds from tilting or binding as they feed upward into the chamber. This means more reliable feeding, fewer malfunctions, and consistent performance across different shooting conditions and ammunition types.
The Mod-C uses upgraded polycarbonate that resists heat and chemical degradation better than older polymer formulas. Combined with the non-memory spring and precision follower, you get a magazine that maintains reliable feeding over years and thousands of rounds of use.
Yes. The translucent design allows you to visually count rounds without disassembling the magazine, which is handy for inventory checks and quick mag changes.
