The AMEND2 Mod-3 AR-15 magazine in .300 Blackout is a purpose-built 30-round magazine that takes everything shooters valued in the Mod-2 and refines it further. Built from fiberglass-reinforced nylon, the Mod-3 delivers the durability and impact resistance you need for duty work, range training, or tactical storage—but with noticeably increased stiffness and temperature resistance over its predecessor. Whether you're running subsonic loads through a short-barrel rifle or stocking up for the range, this magazine handles the cartridge's specific dimensions reliably.
The engineering details matter here. The Mod-3 uses a 4-way anti-tilt, self-lubricating follower that keeps rounds feeding smoothly under pressure, paired with a heavy-duty, non-memory stainless steel spring that resists corrosion and maintains consistent spring force across thousands of cycles. The textured grip surface is deliberate—it provides purchase without snagging on kit or clothing, and the texturing complements the refined aesthetics and muted branding that won't stand out in a duty environment. All of this adds up to a magazine that feels intentional, not generic.
Made in the U.S.A., the Mod-3 platform is built tough enough to customize. The polymer body accepts Cerakote and laser marking, so you can dress it to your needs or mark it for inventory. At 30 rounds, it's the capacity that balances magazine real estate with manageable weight and size for practical use. If you're building a .300 Blackout rifle or upgrading your magazine supply, the Mod-3 is a solid choice for shooters who don't settle for commodity parts.

Yes. The Mod-3 is purpose-designed for .300 Blackout and will function with any AR-15 platform chambered in that cartridge.
The Mod-3 uses an improved fiberglass-reinforced nylon resin with greater stiffness and better temperature resistance than the Mod-2. It also features enhanced texturing and aesthetics, along with muted branding for a lower-profile appearance in duty or tactical settings.
Yes. The polymer body is compatible with Cerakote and laser marking, so you can personalize the finish or add inventory markings as needed.
The magazine uses a heavy-duty, non-memory stainless steel spring paired with a 4-way anti-tilt, self-lubricating follower. This design resists corrosion and maintains consistent feeding performance over extended use without losing spring tension or requiring lubrication.
