Allen Company
The Allen X-Focus 18411 filled front and rear shooting rest gives you a rock-solid platform for zeroing scopes, load development, and precision rifle work at the range or in the field. This two-piece shooting rest system cradles your rifle from both ends, eliminating cant and wobble so you can focus on your technique and your shots. Whether you're dialing in a new optic or running groups from a benchrest, stable support makes the difference between wasted ammo and tight, confident groups.
The front and rear bags are filled with inert poly beads that let you dial in the exact height and angle you need—the front section sits 5.5 inches high, and the rear measures 3.5 inches, giving you a natural shooting geometry without having to crane your neck or hunch over the rifle. Both bags feature tacky silicone grip material on the top to grip your rifle securely, and the same slip-resistant surface on the bottom keeps the rest planted on your bench or mat. The polyester ripstop exterior is tough enough for repeated range sessions and field transport, and the whole rig is light enough to clip together and carry without turning shooting day into a workout.
Built for hunters, competition shooters, and serious handloaders who can't afford to blame the gear, the X-Focus system gives you one less variable to manage downrange. Set it up once, trust it, and shoot.

A front rest supports the rifle under the fore-end, while a rear rest cradles the buttstock. Using both together eliminates movement at both ends, giving you a stable platform for accurate, repeatable shooting. The Allen X-Focus pairs them at different heights so your rifle sits at a natural angle.
Yes. The stable, two-point support system is designed for precision shooting applications, including zeroing optics and testing loads at the range. The adjustable height via poly bead fill lets you dial in a comfortable shooting position for either task.
The front and rear bags are filled with poly beads, which you can shift and compress to raise or lower the height and angle of your rifle as needed. The front bag is 5.5 inches high and the rear is 3.5 inches, but you can manipulate the fill to fine-tune the platform to your setup.
The slip-resistant silicone is designed to hold your rifle securely without the slipping that can happen with hard plastic cradles. It's gentler than bare plastic or wood, but any rest will mark a rifle over time—a padded protective sleeve or gun coat can add extra insurance if you're concerned.
