Alex Pro Firearms
The Alex Pro Firearms Guardian 308 Win 16" rifle brings serious capability to hunters and shooters who need a compact, hard-hitting platform without sacrificing reliability or ergonomics. Built around a short 16-inch barrel in .308 Winchester, this M4-pattern rifle handles like an AR-15 while delivering the power and range of a true intermediate cartridge. The rose gold anodized finish isn't just eye-catching—it marks a rifle that's as much about standing out as it is about getting the job done, whether you're hunting medium to large game, running drills at the range, or training in tactical scenarios.
The Guardian's foundation starts with billet upper and lower receivers machined for precision and durability. Its 4150 CM barrel features phosphate coating for corrosion resistance and comes with a carbine-length gas system tuned for the 16-inch length—a proven configuration that balances reliability with a softer recoil impulse than longer gas tubes. The nitride-treated bolt carrier group runs clean and handles the pressures of .308 ammunition without compromise. Up top, the 15.5-inch M-LOK handguard gives you plenty of real estate to mount lights, lasers, or other tactical accessories, while the A2 pistol grip and M4 adjustable stock provide comfortable, familiar controls that work for shooters of various body types and handling preferences.
The included 20-round magazine feeds reliably, and the A2 birdcage flash hider tames the signature—useful if you're shooting indoors or in low-light conditions. At this barrel length, .308 still carries serious velocity and energy downrange, making this Guardian a genuine do-it-all rifle for hunters who've outgrown the AR-platform or shooters looking to step up to a full-power cartridge in a handling package that won't slow them down.
