AeroPrecision
The Aero Precision Pro Series 5.56 bolt carrier group is built for shooters who demand reliability under stress. Whether you're running a precision AR-15 at the range, pushing through a hard day of training, or relying on your rifle in demanding conditions, this BCG delivers the kind of performance you can count on. Aero engineered each component and chose every manufacturing step deliberately—from the materials selected to the heat-treat process—to extend service life and reduce failure points.
What sets the Pro Series apart is the attention to critical details. The firing pin, gas key, and carrier all receive nitride finishing for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. Key parts like the bolt are machined from premium 9310 steel with critical surfaces precision ground for optimal gas efficiency, then shot peened and MPI tested to ensure integrity. The extractor also undergoes heat treatment and shot peening for reliability under cyclic stress. Even the cam pin is precision ground after heat treatment and marked with an indexing line for reference.
This is a mil-spec cut carrier built from 8620 steel, meaning it'll work in any standard AR-15 platform. The gas key is machined from 4140 steel, properly staked, and torqued with grade 8 fasteners—exactly the way it should be. The ejector comes from S7 tool steel, a material known for toughness. If you're looking for a bolt carrier group that won't let you down, the Aero Pro Series is the kind of upgrade that pays off over thousands of rounds.

Yes. The Aero Pro Series is a mil-spec M16 cut carrier, which means it's compatible with all standard AR-15 platforms and uppers. If your rifle accepts a standard BCG, this one will fit.
Nitride finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance and improved hardness on the surfaces where it's applied, particularly on the carrier and gas key. The proprietary flash-nitriding process used on the bolt ensures thorough heat treatment while maintaining the critical dimensions needed for reliable operation. The extractor uses phosphate, which is well-suited for that application.
Yes. The bolt is MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) tested to detect internal defects, and it undergoes shot peening to improve fatigue resistance. Critical surfaces are precision ground after heat treatment for optimal gas efficiency and reliability.
You receive the complete bolt carrier group: the carrier, bolt, firing pin, gas key, cam pin, ejector, and extractor. The gas key comes properly torqued and staked with grade 8 fasteners.
