AeroPrecision
The Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block in .936 diameter gives you genuine control over your AR's gas system—something standard fixed blocks simply don't offer. Whether you're running a suppressor, tuning a competition rifle, or just tired of excessive bolt carrier group speed, this low-profile adjustable gas block lets you dial in the exact gas flow your setup needs. The .936 size fits barrels with that gas block journal diameter, and the low-profile design clears modern slim handguards, including Aero's own ATLAS series, so you don't have to compromise on rail real estate.
What sets this block apart is the engineering in the details. The adjustment screw features 15 distinct gas settings with audible, repeatable clicks—no guesswork, no secondary set screws that vibrate loose. A spring-loaded detent holds your setting, and a stainless-steel adjustment screw handles the actual tuning. The block also incorporates a sacrificial carbon chamber that collects fouling debris, which keeps carbon from locking up your gas system and gives you an access point for solvent cleaning if needed. Built from 4140 steel and finished with nitride coating, it's tough enough for hard use.
Installation is straightforward: the block attaches via standard 10-32 x 3/16 knurled set screws. The included 6 3/32 adjustment wrench fits under most installed handguards, so you can tweak your gas tune on the range or in the field without tearing down your setup. A spare spring and detent come in the box—small parts, big peace of mind for a user-serviceable gas system.

The Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block is designed for barrels with a .936 gas block journal. Check your barrel's gas block diameter before ordering—if your barrel uses a .750 or other size, this block won't fit.
Yes. The low-profile design is built to work with slim handguards, including Aero's ATLAS series. The included adjustment wrench is sized to fit under most installed rails so you can tune gas without removing your handguard.
You get the assembled adjustable gas block, a 6 3/32 adjustment wrench for gas tuning, and a replacement spring and detent for service and maintenance.
The block provides 15 adjustment positions with repeatable audible clicks. Start at a higher setting and work down until your rifle cycles reliably without excess recoil or sluggishness. Suppressed or lightweight competition builds typically need lower gas settings; unsuppressed hunting rifles often run closer to the middle or higher range.
