The Advantage Arms Threaded Barrel with Adapter for Glock 19/23 is a purpose-built conversion barrel designed for shooters who want to run .22 LR through their full-size or compact Glock platform. This barrel works across all generations of Glock 19 and Glock 23, making it a versatile upgrade for recreational shooting, training, or suppressed fire without breaking the bank on ammunition. The included 1/2x28 threaded adapter lets you attach a suppressor, compensator, or other muzzle device to tame report and recoil—or keep the thread protector on for safe transport and storage when running unsuppressed.

Switching to .22 LR is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend your trigger time and keep your fundamentals sharp between range sessions. This barrel conversion maintains your existing Glock ergonomics and controls while giving you a completely different shooting experience—less noise, less recoil, and a fraction of the ammunition cost. Whether you're training new shooters, practicing drills, or just running suppressed plinker rounds downrange, this barrel lets you do it all without buying a separate .22 pistol.

Installation and function depend on proper fit within your Glock frame and slide; we recommend confirming compatibility with your specific generation before purchase. The included adapter threads to 1/2x28, the industry standard for most suppressor and muzzle device platforms, so you'll have no shortage of options to customize your setup.
