ATI Outdoors
The ATI Outdoors Tactlite AR-15 Mil-Spec G2 stock is a lightweight, purpose-built upgrade for shooters who demand reliability and control on the platform. Designed to fit AR-15, AR-10, or any rifle running a military-spec buffer tube, this adjustable buttstock combines minimal weight—just 6.2 ounces—with solid locking mechanics that eliminate the wiggle and play common in budget stocks. Whether you're building a duty rifle, a precision shooter, or a tactical trainer, the Tactlite G2 delivers the kind of fit-and-forget stability that keeps your focus downrange, not on your gear.
The TracLOCK GEN2 system is the heart of this stock: a single-lever lock that secures the stock firmly to the buffer tube without horizontal or vertical movement, and without requiring secondary fasteners or tools. The design stays clear of the charging handle and avoids snag points—practical details that matter when you're working under pressure or in tight conditions. The weatherproof polymer construction from DuPont stands up to hard use and variable conditions, and the adjustable length of pull lets you dial in fit for different body armor, chest rigs, or shooting positions.
The dual-sided QD sling attachment points and dual slots for tactical sling routing give you flexibility in how you configure your rifle. If you're interested in reducing recoil impulse, the X Series thin butt-pad design accepts ATI's optional X1 or X2 recoil-reducing pads as an upgrade. Made in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Tactlite G2 is a no-nonsense stock for shooters who know what they need.
