Adamson
The Adamson 12-gauge pump-action shotgun with 28-inch barrel is a versatile workhorse built for hunters and sport shooters who want a reliable, no-frills gun that handles everything from upland birds to clay courses. Built around an aluminum receiver paired with a Turkish walnut stock and foregrip, this shotgun balances light weight with a classic wood aesthetic—comfortable to swing and hold for a full day in the field. The 3-inch chamber handles standard and magnum loads, so you're not locked into a single ammunition type, and the 4+1 magazine capacity gives you five shots before a reload.
What makes this Adamson practical is its straightforward design. The pump action cycles smoothly, the front bead sight is simple and effective, and the rubber butt plate helps manage recoil without fuss. It's the kind of gun that rewards good shooting fundamentals and doesn't demand you master complicated features—ideal if you're moving between different hunting situations or introducing someone to shotgunning. The included 3-piece choke set with wrench lets you tune the shot pattern to your load and distance, whether you're patterning at 25 yards or reaching out past 40.
Turkish walnut stocks are known for their figure and durability, and the finish here holds up to regular use. The aluminum receiver keeps overall weight manageable, which matters when you're hiking into or out of a hunting area. This is a shotgun that respects tradition but doesn't pretend to be something it isn't—no tactical rails, no modern ergonomic gimmicks, just a pump gun that shoots.
