Acme Baits
The Acme Little Cleo 2/5oz Chrome/Blue is a compact spoon lure designed for anglers targeting fast-water species like salmon, steelhead, and trout. This chrome and blue finish combines visibility in clear water with a natural profile that appeals to predatory gamefish across a range of conditions. The 2/5oz weight makes it easy to cast and control in moderate currents, landing it in the sweet spot for both river work and smaller freshwater applications.
What sets the Little Cleo apart is its distinctive hump-backed shape, which generates a seductive, tight wiggling action even at slower retrieves. That compact profile and responsive motion have made spoons like this a go-to choice for anglers working creeks and rivers where a quick, natural-looking presentation matters. The chrome-and-blue color scheme covers both bright-day and slightly stained-water scenarios without forcing you to swap lures mid-session.
Whether you're new to spoon fishing or already know their value in your tackle box, the Little Cleo 2/5oz is straightforward to fish: cast, let it settle, and work it with a steady or erratic retrieve depending on what the fish are telling you. Its proven track record with salmon, steelhead, trout, pike, bass, and walleye means you're reaching for a lure trusted by anglers in serious numbers.
